Black Food Fund is preparing to open applications for our next round of Reparative Grants on Monday, October 12, 2026.
Across Oregon and Washington, Black farmers and land stewards are working to build community wealth, strengthen local food systems, and create greater opportunities for self-determination. Yet access to land, capital, and other resources remains a significant barrier.
Black Food Fund's Reparative Grants are part of our commitment to addressing these inequities by moving financial resources directly to Black farmers and supporting their vision for the future.
Through this grant cycle, Black Food Fund will redistribute $100,000 to Black farmers in Oregon and Washington.
Applications open Monday, October 12. We encourage eligible farmers to learn more and apply, and ask our community to share this opportunity with Black farmers in their networks.
